ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Qualifications Required:
► GRADE 12 (minimum requirement)
► Admin Certificate/Diploma/Degree

Requirements:
At least five (5) years of having successfully dealt with:

► General office administration
► Pastel experience (preferable)

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise:
► Type, format, proofread and edit documents from notes or dictation if needed
► Answer and direct telephone calls
► Maintain updated systems for filing and databases
► Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence & emails
► Computer Literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
► Above average verbal and written communication and listening skills
► Ability to build strong, effective relationships with all stakeholders, i.e., existing clients and potential clients, as well as internal stakeholders, i.e., colleagues and management
► Must have good decision-making and problem-solving skills
► Must have good analytical skills with attention to detail
► Good administration, organisational, planning & interpersonal skills
► Ability to work independently and as part of a team
► Excellent time management

Remuneration Grade: R15 000.00p/m

DESIGNATED AGENT

Qualifications Required:
► Diploma in Labour Relations or Labour Law (minimum requirement)
► Degree in Labour Relations or Labour Law (preferred requirement)

Requirements:
At least five (5) years of having successfully dealt with:

► Industrial relations matters
► 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Labour Relations environment.
► 1 – 2 years’ experience in Collective Bargaining or Labour Law Enforcement an advantage. Experience Required
► In possession of a current valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise:
► Knowledge of Labour Legislation and Bargaining Council’s Collective Agreements
► Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration skills
► Conflict Resolution skills
► Computer Literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
► Above average verbal and written communication and listening skills
► Ability to build strong, effective relationships with all stakeholders, i.e., existing clients and potential clients, as well as internal stakeholders, i.e., colleagues and management

TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications Required:

► GRADE 12 (minimum requirement)
► Facilitator Certificate

Requirements:
At least five (5) years of having successfully dealt with:

Training Administration
Must be able to travel around KZN

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new trainees, including preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with training schedules.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new learners, including the obtaining and completion of paperwork, arranging training arrangements, and the provision of necessary resources ensuring a smooth transition for new learners into the organization.
Process trainee terminations, conduct exit interviews, and ensure all off-boarding procedures are completed accurately.
Maintain learners & trainees databases and assist with issuing of certificates.
Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence & emails.
Must be computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Must have analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work alone & as a team.
Excellent admin, organisational, planning & interpersonal skills.

Remuneration Grade: R17 000.00p/m
